Connect IoT Disconnection

Hi,

We have some issues on the connection between IoT and the tool with SECS/GEM as the protocol.

The scenario is when tool is offline for a long time, our IoT will be disconnected and we have to restart the Automation Manager in order to connect back.

Can you advise which settings on the Equipment Setup we can use for us not to restart the manager always after tool disconnection for a long time.

That is a bit strange, if the connection goes down it should restart. Can you post your version and maybe logs of when it went down and you rebooted.
