## CM Community

Is where Critical Manufacturing staff, partners, and customers meet to share knowledge about the CM platform — patterns that work, questions that need answering, and stories worth telling.

**Who this is for**

- CM staff, across teams.
- Partners implementing, extending, or integrating CM in the field.
- Customers running CM in their operations.

Reading is public; posting, replying, and reacting need [Customer Portal](https://portal.criticalmanufacturing.com/Support/Tickets) access.

**What you’ll find here**

- Answers on modelling, deployment, extensibility, integrations, analytics, and cloud services.
- Announcements from the CM team.
- Long-form technical articles in the Blog.
- Cross-cutting or industry-adjacent conversations in the Lounge.

**Why post here (and not somewhere else)**

- The community is for discussion, patterns, and learning. Anyone can benefit from a good answer.
- Bugs, support tickets, enhancement requests, and feature voting stay in the [Customer Portal](https://portal.criticalmanufacturing.com/Support/Tickets) — that’s where formal work gets tracked.
- Marking a helpful reply as the accepted solution turns every question into a permanent knowledge asset.

**Before you post**

- Sign in with your CM identity (single sign-on via the [Customer Portal](https://portal.criticalmanufacturing.com/Support/Tickets)).
- Search first — the answer may already be here.
- Pick the right category. Moderators may move a topic if it lands elsewhere.
- Anonymise customer, partner, site, and product names in your examples unless you have explicit written approval.
- New members’ first posts are held for moderator approval — a standard sanity check, not a value judgement.
