Data collection configuration Error in Long Running Checklist

HI Team,

I am trying to add one data collection in Long Running checklist( Scope= MaterialTrackin). After creating this checklist, i added checklist context with operation Trackin.

while doing dispatch & trackin, i am seeing below error on dispatch & trackin wizard. I am not sure what i am missing here. please help.
