How to get Industry Specific Template

Hi,

I was going through CM Help and found few industry specific template ready for use. I tried to find these in my current CM version(CM11.1.3) but did not find.

Please let me know how we can get these industry specific templates.

Hi Sandeep,

at least for the semi template, there is some documentation on how to install it here: https://help.criticalmanufacturing.com/installationguide/industrytemplates/semi/standalone-installation/ and/or https://help.criticalmanufacturing.com/installationguide/industrytemplates/semi/add-to-existing-package/

I assume the other templates work similarly - but that’s just a guess. I have not tried setting up either one of them.

Hi,

To get a template installation package, please open a support request, stating:

  • The name of the template you would like to use;
  • The intended target MES version.

You can open a support request, or direct request to a Critical Manufacturing team that is supporting you.

We’re actively working on an infrastructure to make the template packages directly accessible to customers and partners, and we appreciate your patience as we build this out.
