Unable to connect from Azure CM to Physical Server (over OPC) and Claud Service (over MQTT)

Hi There,

We have CMF MES installed on Azure VM and want to connect with two systems namely,

  1. Physical Kepware OPC Server over OPC-UA protocol
  2. Azure Cloud services / Endpoint over MQTT protocol

For both the scenarios, we have created and configured the necessary entities like Driver Definition till Automation Manager in CMF. When executed the Automation Manager, we are getting the same error for both the entities. The error message for OPC Automation Manager is as showed below,

FYI - We tried below things,

  1. Configured Inbound and Outbound Rules on Azure for ports and their bridging between the systems.
  2. Confirmed the IIS settings on Azure VM configuration as guided in the Azure CMF setup.
