Use Cases for Step Processing type " Logistical" & Metrology"

Hi All,

I am trying to figure out use cases for step processing type " Logistical" & Metrology" . in which scenarios we should choose these processing type.

So, if you have a process step and measurement steps afterwards, and something is off with the measurement, it’s probably not the measurement tool that is wrong, but the processing tool. But still i am not able to visualize when should i think any step with processing type as “Metrology”/Logistical while doing modeling.
