Automation Manager Automatic Deployment Issue

Good afternoon,

My customer is experiencing issues with the automatic deployment feature of an Automation Manager.

The MES does not report any errors. However, the Automation Manager pod, while attempting to create the target Automation Manager deployment, logs the following exception:

Error while reading the deployment TestAutomationManager in namespace productionenv.

System. Net. Http. HttpRequestException: The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception.

We have already validated the certificates available in the ConfigMap used by the Automation Manager pod. Both:

  1. kube-root-ca.crt
  2. openshift-service-ca.crt

are valid and have not expired.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue or knows what could be causing this SSL connection failure?

So it’s failing in the automation manager controller when trying to deploy an automation manager? @Domingos_Sousa can you provide the full exception, please?
