i found this software “Redistributable Package for VS 2013” in the requirements for version v11,
but none is listed for the Version v10.
Is the Redistributable Package required, and if so, which one?

The “Redistributable Package for VS 2013” is a required dependency if you are using the ECAD Service. This same dependency was also required for the ECAD Service on MES v10, and you can find it listed under “Traditional Deployments Requirements” here: https://help.criticalmanufacturing.com/10.2/systemrequirements/applicationlayertraditional/.
