Today we open the doors to the CM Community - a single home for the conversations, questions, and knowledge that used to be scattered across the dev blog and the old forum.
This is where CM staff, partners, and customers come together to share how we make Critical Manufacturing’s platform sing.
What’s here today
- Nine categories organized around how we actually work - Deployment, Modelling & Configuration, Extensibility, Integrations, Data & Analytics, Cloud Services, plus Announcements, Blog, and Lounge.
- Everything from the old forum and the dev blog has been migrated, so day one isn’t an empty room.
- Single sign-on through your CM identity - no new password to remember.
- A moderator network across CM, responsible for keeping conversations moving.
Public opening (partners and customers) soon.
How to get the most out of it
- Read the Start Here section - Welcome, Guidelines, and FAQ.
- Update your profile - add a photo and a line about what you do.
- Watch the categories that matter to you (top-right of any category page).
- If you have a question, search first, then post in the right category.
- If someone helps you, mark their reply as the solution. That’s how the community builds a knowledge base.
- Head over to the Lounge to introduce yourself.
One thing to know
The community is for discussion. Support tickets, bug reports, and formal enhancement requests still live in the Customer Portal. Moderators will help redirect if a post lands in the wrong place.
