Why can't I find Facility when creating Area

Hi,

I have created Facilities but can’t find when creating Area.

These are my Facilities as below but when creating Area, these are not populated in the Facility field.

What can be the reason?

I revisited your environment and noticed that both of your facilities are remote.

Please keep in mind that a remote facility represents a separate Critical Manufacturing instance.

As a result, you cannot create Areas within those remote facilities. For further information, please refer to:
